She began acting as substitute presenter on “Today Tonight” in 2005 following Leigh McClusky’s announcement about her departure from Today Tonight South Australia on 17 August 2007, there was speculation about Mangiarelli being the replacement host. This proved correct and Seven announced that Mangiarelli would be the new presenter, replacing McClusky.
In July 2017, Mangiarelli began presenting the Adelaide edition of Seven Afternoon News, while retaining her duties presenting Today Tonight.
