At first, Blauer casually worked in radio when he worked as an anchor for a seven-day public affairs program broadcast across various stations in Southland. However, something was lacking — this was the visual feature of narration.
If he was not a news personality, he would have been the host of a radio station playing 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s music. Blauer’s unforgettable tv moment was when he covered floods in the Tijuana River Valley, he was rescued by the swift water savior team after the breaking of a levee and almost made him drown.

Blauer would have been on a long tour on the Pacific island and Europe if he had spare time, knowing how to play golf, launch a moneymaking e podcast with a close friend.
