Later that summer, he earned a position at NBC’s coverage of the Athens Games as a studio host and reporter of the field and, in 2006, for the Torino Olympics as a field reporter. Moreover, he worked for the New York Giants pre-season games as a sideline reporter.

He also worked as the weekend sports anchor and weekday sports reporter with WWOR-TV for two years. During his time at WWOR-TV, Livingston also assumed the position of the host of Sports, a 15-minute sports extra show on Sunday nights going by the name Team Wrap-Up. Otis worked as the weekend sports journalist anchoring a half-hour sports wrap-up show named Sunday Sports Express for WPHL-TV in Philadelphia two years before joining WWOR TV. He also served as a co-anchor at the weekly show with Eagles Head Coach Ray Rhodes. Before that, he worked as a weekend sports reporter for two years at WTVO-TV in Rockford.

He is a member of the board of the New Jersey Music Workshop for the Arts and the communion of Christian Athletes, Philadelphia chapter.
