Givens airs in reality television shows, starting with his role on season one of VH1’s I Love New York aired in 2007, and when he landed a position of 20 contenders for the affections of Tiffany “New York” Pollard. He appears with his brother Ahmad Givens, On I Love New York, with the stage name Real. Givens is also a former Capitol Records artist.

Chance was later appointed one of the 17 contestants in the VH1 reality show I Love Money. The show features returning contestants from past VH1 reality shows such as Flavor of Love, I Love New York and Rock of Love with Bret Michaels.
VH1 later appointed the two brothers, Chance and Real, to host a new reality show titled Real Chance of Love. The film aired on October 20, 2008. It involved 17 women proving and fighting for the brothers’ affection over 11 episodes. Chance did not choose anyone, claiming he was not ready to fall in love.
