On March 20, 2021, Fay was arrested after the police found her naked ans asleep behind the wheel of her Audi. According to the Metropolitan Police Department, her car was found in the travel lane on Matthew Avenue, near Paradise Road and East Windmill Lane. According to the police report she alleged she didn’t remember how she got to Matthew Avenue and stumbled out of her car. Officers reported a distinct smell of alcohol coming from her but she declined to submit her blood.
In April, she was charged with reckless driving with a disregard for the safety of a person or property and sentenced to a $1,000 fine and driving school.
She gave a statement that aired on FOX 5 saying, “Last month, I was arrested by Metro for driving under the influence. At the time of the arrest, I was inside of a parking vehicle in a Las Vegas neighborhood alone. As I move forward, I want you to know I have learned from this and I will continue learning and I truly thank you for your support.”
