Dana Marie Perino is an American political commentator and author. Perino has been working at Fox News as co-anchor on America’s Newsroom alongside Bill Hemmer since early 2021. She joined the station as a political commentator for Fox News, at the same time, co-hosting the station’s talk show ‘The Five’. she was a book publishing executive at Random House. Perino later started hosting The Daily Briefing with Dana Perino on Fox News On October 2, 2017.
Dana previously served as the 26th White House Press Secretary. She worked under the administration of President George W. Bush from September 14, 2007, to January 20, 2009. She was the second female to serve as White House Press Secretary, the first being Dee Myers. Dee Dee served under the Clinton administration.
