ShahAhmadi previously served as a freelancer at the same time, hosting pre and postgames for Atlanta Braves. She used to work for CMT’s Hot 20 Countdown as an entertainment correspondent. She also broadcasted high school sports and college teams at Alabama, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, and Southern Miss in her two years on WTOK- TV. Ashley joined WAPT-TV in Jackson, Mississippi, in August 2016. She spent nearly two years as the station’s weekend sports anchor and reporter.
