She had to take time off her duties to undergo a Mastectomy. She later revealed other saddening news after her surgery in the same month, revealing that she had a second malignant tumor in the second breast and had to undergo eight rounds of chemotherapy, reconstructive surgery, and radiation. Robach is confirmed to be cancer free as of March 2022.
