Alecia Reid is an Emmy award nominee broadcaster for CBS New York. She has been a general assignment reporter for CBS New York since joining in 2022. Prior she worked as an anchor and fill-in newswoman At KYW TV in Philadelphia and also covered San Francisco.

Before that, she had worked for KRON-TV in San Francisco Bay Area as the station as a Reporter/Fill-In journalist for seven years. She also worked between August 2007 and August 2012 as a reporter with News 12 Brooklyn.

She can be fond of volunteering while away from work with several charitable Associations, including Big Brother and Big Sister, as well as Habitat for Humanity & Global Village.
